Plantswap (socail).png

Bring your green thumbs and share the love of plants! Join us for a fun, community-driven plant swap where plant enthusiasts of all levels come together to exchange cuttings and expand their home jungles. How it works: Bring at least two plant cuttings, preferably rooted and ready to grow. Swap them with others and take home two new plants to nurture in your own space. Connect with fellow plant lovers, share tips, and celebrate the joy of growing. Whether you’re a seasoned plant parent or just starting your indoor garden, this is a great way to diversify your collection and make new friends in a leafy, welcoming environment!

I’ve seen chiropractors, orthopedics, spinal doctors and have had PT. She’s been the first to address my back tightness. I’d love to be able to see her weekly.

Simply unbelievable… I have a new lease on life. I know I have a road ahead of me in recovery, but I can tell you it will much easier. This was an experience I wish I had done a long time ago. My only regret is not going to Movement In Science earlier.

Daylan, VA

10000000/10. Already changed my perspective on my body and stretching habits and how to better understand my body!
