OUR STORY
After over 15 years in the wellness and movement space, we have learned that there is a massive gap in service. We have seen countless people over the years live with aches and pains or dysfunction because they thought it was an inevitable result of aging or their health care provider simply couldn't find a solution to the problem.
We operate differently. We take a total body approach to helping people live without aches or persistent and chronic pain to help them live a fuller life.
We focus on the connective tissue and the fascial lines to help our clients understand how the body is all connected. The human body is amazing. We often say that where the pain is, the problem usually is not. What we mean is that since everything is connected, you may have pain in your shoulder as a result of dysfunction in your hip.

While working for the military, Kendra Pena-Collazo noticed a lot of poor movement patterns. Many people would experience pain due to either a lack of understanding of their own body mechanics
or they do not have access to holistic bodywork services to help alleviate pain and solve their issues, thus creating compensation patterns that negatively impact their movement and ultimately their careers.

Kendra sought out a solution to this problem, resulting in her developing her methodology that goes beyond the military community into the civilian population of the DMV.
