Movement In Science is based on a holistic and intuitive total-body approach to healing. We integrate all elements of manual therapy to include stretching, massage, myofascial release techniques, and energy work. Along with providing support with foundational movement exercises and patterns, we ensure clients live without limitations caused by aches and pains or restrictions.

New Client Assessment and Consultation (Start here)
You're not just another client to us. This appointment allows us to get to know more about you and your pain points, and gives you a chance to ask questions. We'll do an assessment and a stretch therapy session, then discuss your persoalized treatment plan.
Stretch and Manual Therapy
This personalized session draws from all methods and modalities to unlock the tissue. We use Fascial Stretch Therapy, IASTM, Myofascial Decompression, Deep Tissue Massage, and more to tackle pain points and help you feel and move better. This session is recommended for those who have completed a new client assessment.
Massage
Designed to remove severe tension and increase functionality by using multiple methods of healing in a 50-minute massage session.
Best of Both Worlds
Can't decide on a stretch and manual therapy or massage. Get both! This popular service starts with 45 minutes of stretch and bodywork to address key issues and specific areas and finishes with a 45-minute relaxation massage. This session also makes for a phenomenal gift!
Reiki/Energy Work
Energy work for those that feel stuck, unsettled or want to become more grounded.
Scar Tissue Therapy
Scar tissue is not just on the surface; it can adhere to bone, organs, and other soft tissue in the body and create restrictions in movement which lead to dysfunction or pain. This drug-free and non-invasive microcurrent device helps break up deeper scar tissue, allowing you to move better.
Air Compression Therapy
Decompress with some serious compression. Options for one part of the body in a 30-minute session.
Infrared Light Therapy
Infrared Light Therapy reduces inflammation and helps with sleep, anxiety, and depression. This 20-minute session can decrease recovery time, reduce pain, and improve circulation.
